Cloudy Day

Well at least it wasn't cold today but boy was it gloomy! I don't know that Teddy cared too much. He spent most of the day doing what Teddy does... following me from room to room and taking a nap in between.
I guess today was a big day in one way... Molly seems to have a little crush on Teddy. And for her that is a BIG DEAL because basically... Molly doesn't really like anybody except Nitro. So I would guess this speaks volumes about Teddy. If he has the "Molly Seal of Approval" he must be a pretty good dog! (Not that I didn't all ready know that.

What a COUCH Potato!

I'll tell you... Teddy is probably one of the most laid back dogs I have EVER fostered. Considering most that hang out here while waiting for a home are pretty active, it's like being on a vacation with this boy. He is SUCH an affectionate and sweet dog and just wants someone to love and to be loved.

And speaking of couches... it seems we're having a little problem keeping him off of it. And even though I know it is suppose to be the "rule" to keep them off of furniture... it's just really hard to make him get off when he's all stretched out, snoozing (and sometime snoring) away like he's died and gone to heaven. If you don't believe me... just look below.

Now would you have the heart to kick him off? It's not like this dog has any "dominance" issues... he loves everyone from the cable guy that came yesterday to the cat!

More about Teddy

One thing we've notice is... Teddy's tail never stops wagging. I swear this is the happiest dog and all you have to do is give him a sweet smile and his tail start thump, thump, thumping!

OH... and last night... we discovered that he does have one tiny little flaw.... he snores! Now not too terribly mind you, but just a little bit every now and then. I was watching a movie on TV and for the life of me could not figure out what that sound was and where it was coming from. It was Teddy... snoozing on the big pillow about 15 fee away from me. I have to admit... it was cute!

Teddy Meeting Ollie

Well as you can see, Teddy doesn't mess around when it comes to making new friends! He and Ollie came from the same shelter but have never met before last night and they only met through the baby gate.

Both joined me in my office this afternoon for some get to know you time. I think they like each other!
